I got to see Jaxon...or Jackson...Patrick Dieker yesterday! He is absolutley gorgeous! and tiny! and I love him already. I was so excited to see him I didn't wait for J to go with me! He is wonderful and Congrats to Jessi!! Everyone seems to be well so...yay!! Sorry, but I didn't take pictures, I wasn't thinking. You'll just have to take my word for it that he is perfect. My first day of school went well. My IPS (Info Processing Systems) class is super easy so far. Mostly because I already know how to use a computer, but it will probably get more complicated later. Like when I finally learn how to use Power Point. ( I know I'm a little behind with that one.) And we'll find out how my accounting class goes today. We didn't do much yesterday. And my psychology teacher is...well...different. She's a little too loud for my comfort...and I don't really mean volume. She's just out there a bit. And not very respectful of some rules of the high school...my class is in the andover highschool...but I'm not going to go into that. But, I think I will like psychology. It seems interesting enough. anyway, I'm going to start class soon, and I want to check my e-mail first. c-ya.

I keep reminding him that is one of the PRIMARY mistakes other homesteaders have made: being too eager and getting in too deep, too fast). So, we start our garden and chickens this year - keeping our fingers crossed that we aren't putting them in poor locations. The chickens are the first thing branching out into our additional 2 acres. The coop and kennel are going at the outside, back corner of our fenced in yard. Our coop is valiantly being made from old cabinets we picked up at the local Habitat for Humanity, Re-Store. We intend to paint, add roof, prop up on legs, and insert s...
