Rice Family

WE went to World's of Fun on Saturday (John, Justine, Sammie, and myself. M was babysat by Jessica for the weekend.) And of course we a loads of fun. The morning started off cold and rainy, but warmed up and got sunny later. We were there from 12:30-ish until I think 6:00-ish. It was Great!! Then we went to Bob and Gail's house for Lindsays graduation. We met Gail's side of the family and it was a lot of fun. We learned how to play Mexican dominoes, ate lots of absolutely delicious food (including wonderful grilled burgers, and omlets for breakfast. At least, I had omelets for breakfast. Everybody else had pancakes, bob filled a special order for me! I LOVE his omelets!!), and had fun visiting. John has been smoke free for a week now! I'm keeping my fingers crossed, and hoping he will stick with it. Also his hernia surgery is on the 30th , this Friday. So. M is adorable. I know you all know that already, but I just love her! She does funny stuff every day, and I forget what it is by the time I post. We're still trying to potty train, M is still trying. She really likes playing with this water table that Aunt Megan got her for Christmas. Every day she says "go. Side" (go outside) and "water" to play with the water table. She orders the dog around saying "sit. stay. no. dog tret. (to give the dog a treat) come on dog." etc. She tries to help whenever possible. She says "pour it. ducks. pour it." to help feed the ducks, she hands me the dishes out of the dishwasher, she sweeps in the kitchen...etc. (if only that would last.) She talks a lot, although I know for certain that the majority of the time I am the only one who understands her. These are our ducks more recently. They have more color now, and they grow a ton each day. One has black and white feathers (with the black bill) and the other actually has brown/reddish/tan feathers. (mostly they are under his chest right now. There names are jack and jill.

M helped J put the baby seat on J's new bike! She looks like a pro! These are our new ducks playing with M! They've grown a lot. I'm going to put newer pics of them on in a sec. But they've even grown more!
